Community Foundations are a new and rapidly growing movement in the world of charity. Community Foundations make it easier and more satisfying for individuals, companies and local trusts to support community projects in their area by managing charitable funds set up on their behalf.
Only private philanthropy can ensure the ongoing capacity of grass roots groups to impact the community.
