The Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, which represents more than 2,600 members throughout the Sheffield City Region has also been quick to throw its weight behind the campaign.

"Sheffield is lucky to have so many community focused businesses who have a solid commitment to putting something back into the community and helping build a solid future for local community initiatives.

"The 'I Love Sheffield' campaign is extremely inspiring in its mission to help unsung heroes that are tackling important local issues and we are confident that Sheffield's business community will come together to make a real difference with their support.

Helping you to think innovatively to show your love for Sheffield

SYCF are perfectly placed to link businesses to vital community projects needing help in South Yorkshire.

We will help businesses think innovatively about how they can provide assistance to communities in need in addition to financial support.

This might typically include volunteers to assist with a community project, providing spare meeting places for groups or pro bono work.

See our inspiring case study about how volunteers from accountancy firm Grant Thornton helped revitalise a community greenspace.

How to get involved?

For an annual donation of £1,000 (or £84 a month) your business can become an Official Partner of the 'I Love Sheffield' campaign, working with SYCF to make a real tangible difference to lives of unsung heroes in local communities.
