To apply for an SYCF Small grant you will need to complete your online application form.

If your application does not meet our criteria or is ineligible, we will contact you to let you know.
If your grant is awarded, we will inform you by email and you will be asked to confirm your bank details for a BACS or cheque payment and sign to accept terms and conditions of the grant. Once we have received this, the payment will be made and you will also receive a link to your end of grant monitoring form. We have to ensure that funding has been appropriately spent and therefore require monitoring information. You will be asked to report on the difference the grant has made to your group and beneficiaries. This must be completed six weeks after the grant has been spent or the activity has finished.
Your project may also be subject to a monitoring visit and any audit requirements of the programme. You must retain and return with your monitoring copies of all receipts, invoices and all expenditure relating to your grants including any capital items.
South Yorkshire’s Community Foundation will only consider further applications if a satisfactory monitoring form is returned for previous grants awarded.
