With 25 years of experience in leadership roles across retail, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. This includes the development of long-term strategic relationships to secure and distribute income against agreed targets. This involves helping organisations make sense of funding criteria and review draft applications, prioritising groups with no paid staff and who are led by the communities they support. Jess is the lead officer for managing our volunteer recruitment and training for panels - providing on-going support and an annual panel members event. She is one of the main points of contacts for our Investment Managers. She prepares our financial statements and leads the preparation of the annual audit.
