Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (2015-2021), Andrew is a retired chartered accountant and lawyer who has also served in the Territorial Army. He has a broad portfolio of charitable work, as a trustee to St Luke’s Hospice, Broomgrove Nursing Home, the Bluecoat Educational Trust and the Freshgate Foundation.
