Role Staff President Chair Vice-Chair Trustee Vice-President President Emeritus Zaidah Ahmed MBE Trustee Zaidah is a highly respected and nationally recognised for her work in the field of community cohesion and engagement work. With over twenty years’ experience in both the public and voluntary sector, she has vast expertise on issues around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She has also been a Trustee at Rotherham United Football Community Trust for the past fifteen years. Tim Bailey Trustee Since graduating in Modern Languages from St John’s College, Cambridge, Tim has been involved in financial markets. For the last 28 years he has looked after discretionary portfolios for a wide range of wealthy clients at Credit Suisse, Schroders and Cazenove Capital. He joined C Hoare & Co in 2009 to contribute to the growth of the Investment Management department and headed up the International Team in addition to his extensive onshore responsibilities. He was delighted to re-join Cazenove Capital and his former colleagues as part of the move of Hoare’s Wealth Management to Cazenove Capital. He is a member of STEP and a Chartered Wealth Manager. With over 35 years industry experience, Tim is highly-regarded among both his peers and his clients. He won CityWealth Private Banker/Investment Manager of the Year in both 2014 and 2015 and WealthBriefing’s Leading Individual (Banker) award in 2015. Rachael Blake Trustee Rachael is a Councillor and Cabinet member at Doncaster Council having first worked in the voluntary and community sector in the early 1990s. The power of the sector to transform lives and communities has been a constant since then. She joined SYCF to support the vital role it provides for all communities in South Yorkshire. Victoria Clarke Brown, CDir and FMCA Treasurer A qualified Accountant and Chartered Director with over 20 years experience in various global manufacturing organisations and experienced Trustee and NED, Victoria is an expert in Corporate Governance and risk management and currently acts as CFO for a local manufacturing company. In addition to the treasurer for SYCF, Victoria is also a Member of the Company of Cutlers, Chair of the South Yorkshire Institute of Directors, Independent Chair of the HLM EOT Trust and Trustee of the Herbert Hughes Memorial Foundation. Previously Victoria has also sat as NED for the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, and as a member of the audit and risk committee for Sheffield Hallam University Melvyn Lunn FCA Trustee Melvyn is on a number of Boards including Trustee of Barnsley Hospice and Treasurer of Silverwood Scout Camp. Until recently, he was Chair of Barnsley CVS. He has completed roles as Chair of Berneslai Homes and the Joint Independent Audit Committee of South Yorkshire’s PCC and CC. Craig McKay DL Trustee With over twenty years experience in manufacturing as a General Manager and Director, Craig has been CEO of Evenort Ltd since November 1993. He has had a tenure as Master Cutler between 2015-2016. Carole O'Neill RGN JP Trustee Carole trained as a nurse in Doncaster and worked as a Ward Sister in the Accident & Emergency department for many years. She began work as a Magistrate in 1991 and served in the Judiciary for 28 years before retiring. In 2020, Carole was appointed as the first ever female High Sheriff in South Yorkshire from Doncaster. Nick Pike Trustee Nick is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Certified Financial Planner as well as an accredited Later Life Adviser. He has provided financial planning advice to a diverse range of clients including private individuals, Trusts and pension schemes.
